I have absolutely no criteria, anyone can follow me as long as they are nice and don't do anything weird, except empty accounts that have no bio, no profile picture, etc. because these kinds of accounts are too suspicious in my eyes.The 16+ on my bio is not a "Do not interact/Do not follow".
